Shipping + Returns
All orders in the continental United States and Canada qualify for free ground shipping (standard delivery).
Orders with ground shipping will take 24 to 48 hours to be processed after authorization of credit card (which can take up to 24 hours) and then shipped. This does not include weekends and holidays.
- You will receive an email once your order has been shipped for tracking.
- We will use either UPS or USPS as our shipping carriers.
- Delivery days will never be on Sundays and holidays.
- Standard delivery shipping to arrive 5 to 7 business days.
2nd day air varies depending on delivery location and must be confirmed Monday through Friday before 1:00 p.m. CST. This does not include weekends and holidays. Credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Full-priced Items purchased from purefitnessapparel.com and at Pure Pilates may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Sale and clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for online purchases.
Misshipped items are eligible to receive prepaid return postage. This must be agreed upon by Pure Fitness Apparel. Please contact Pure Fitness Apparel/Pure Pilates at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your items have been misshipped.
If a product is individually marked as final sale, that voids the standard return policy.
- All SALE & CLEARANCE items will be final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns for full credit must be made within 14 days.
- We do not accept anything after 14 days.
- All returns MUST be in like-new condition with tags attached when returned.
